Jay King – Co-Head, Accounts Receivable Management (ARM)
Mr. King serves as the co-head of NCO's ARM division. He is responsible for NCO's ARM services with clients in the financial, utility, telecommunications and cable services verticals, as well as for NCO's Trigger, SST and ePay programs. Mr. King has more than 20 years of experience in the BPO industry in management roles in customer care, credit, collections and call center operations. He co-founded and served as Vice President of Operations for Total Outsource Systems, Inc. (TOS), a fully owned subsidiary of JDR Recovery Corporation. He joined NCO upon the company's acquisition of JDR Recovery Corporation. Before co-founding TOS, Mr. King managed collections and risk strategy at First North American National Bank. Mr. King attended the Virginia Military Institute, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Economics and Business.
Tim Galloway – Co-Head, Accounts Receivable Management (ARM)
Mr. Galloway has responsibility for operations in NCO's government, education, and transportation divisions, as well as NCO's Attorney Network and Master Servicing partnerships. He has over 18 years of BPO experience in the accounts receivables management industry, including 17 years in management roles. He served in progressively responsible leadership positions in BPO services, collections, and customer care across multiple industry verticals with OSI and predecessor company Accelerated Bureau of Collections, Inc. Mr. Galloway joined NCO when it acquired OSI in February of 2008, continuing the leadership role as SVP-Operations he held with OSI since November 2003. Mr. Galloway holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Colorado State.
Pete Grandelli – Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Units
Mr. Grandelli oversees the Strategic Business Units, which are comprised of multiple world-class organizations that service businesses complementary to Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) BPO products. Prior to joining NCO, Mr. Grandelli served as Chief Operating Officer of PSCU Financial Services, Inc., where he was responsible for all consumer-facing operations, supporting PSCU's Credit Union clients. Before joining PSCU Financial Services, Mr. Grandelli spent 31 years in management positions with JPMorgan Chase. During his tenure with Chase, he served as Senior Vice President responsible for leading Chase's global Credit Card Customer Care division as well as Chase's Fraud division. Mr. Grandelli holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from St. John’s University as well as a degree in Business Management from St. Vincent’s College.
Tony L'Abbate – Senior Vice President, Accounts Receivable Management Operations Control
Mr. L'Abbate is responsible for managing critical functions involving compliance and operations. Mr. L'Abbate's specific areas of focus include: collection strategy, analytics, reporting, audit, compliance, training, quality assurance, process improvement and operations technology enhancements. He has experience in all phases of the collection process including pre-charge-off, post-charge-off, legal networking, and agency management. He has an accounting degree and an MBA in International Finance, as well as over 20 years of experience in collections and fraud management and has worked for various companies, including executive roles at Citibank and Chase Card Services. Mr. L'Abbate is currently on the board of the Financial Services Collections and Credit Risk Conference and has been a guest speaker at numerous collection industry conferences.
John "Duffy" Campbell – President, Global Sales & Marketing
Mr. Campbell has over 25 years of experience in the BPO industry in virtually every vertical industry, including financial services, healthcare, transportation, pharmaceuticals, government, education, telecommunications, utilities and technology. Mr. Campbell previously spent 25 years at ICT, most recently as EVP, Global Sales and Marketing. He has worked throughout every aspect of the business development lifecycle, including the design, implementation and management of BPO relationships for some of the most recognized brands and partner solutions in the world. Mr. Campbell has developed and managed client engagements on every continent. Mr. Campbell holds a BA in Public Administration from West Chester University.
