Michael Barrist - NCO President, CEO, and Chairman. Mr. Barrist is responsible for overall operations, with emphasis on strategic planning and marketing. He has been widely recognized for his leadership role in growing NCO from a company with $75,000 in revenues in 1986 into one of the largest ARM and BPO firms in the world, with approximately 34,000 employees and $1.5 billion in combined revenues in 2008. Mr. Barrist holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Stephen Elliott - NCO EVP and CIO. Mr. Elliott has been responsible for NCO’s long-term strategic technology direction and information technology systems and processes since 1996. He managed the technological aspects of NCO’s transition from a regional firm to an international industry leader, including systems integration and consolidation of multiple acquisitions. He has been working in the IT field since 1985. Mr. Elliott holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University with a major in Computer Systems Management.

Joshua Gindin, Esq. - NCO EVP and General Counsel. Mr. Gindin has been responsible for oversight of the corporate compliance department and NCO’s legal matters since 1998. He also manages integral company functions including licensing, insurance and bonding, complaint resolution, and audit processing. Under his management the department has taken on an industry leadership role, with legal interests spread across every U.S. jurisdiction and abroad. He has more than 20 years of experience as an attorney. Mr. Gindin holds a B.A. from Brandeis University and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law.

Steven Leckerman - NCO EVP and COO. Mr. Leckerman has overall responsibility for the direction, management, and performance of all of NCO’s global operations, products and subsidiaries, including our Global Portfolio Business. His comprehensive knowledge of the accounts receivable outsourcing industry has been essential in the rapid growth of NCO. Since joining NCO in 1995 he has developed and implemented company-wide performance-monitoring methods and procedures, implemented work standards for NCO collectors across all sites, and implemented and managed major contracts. Mr. Leckerman holds a degree in Human Services from Montgomery County Community College.

John Schwab - NCO EVP and CFO. Mr. Schwab has responsibility for all corporate accounting matters. Since joining NCO in 2004, his areas of involvement included Securities and Exchange reporting, strategic transaction advisory, financial reporting, business reorganization, business process development and modification, and Sarbanes-Oxley implementation. He has a diverse background of comprehensive financial management and accounting experience and his expertise includes senior management positions at publicly-traded companies as well as over eleven years of public accounting experience. Mr. Schwab holds a B.A. in Accounting from LaSalle University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Albert Zezulinski - NCO EVP. Mr. Zezulinski brings more than 30 years of experience to NCO and is responsible for contract management, and corporate development. His responsibilities include a broad spectrum of corporate activities related to clients and vendor contracting, government and industry relations, acquisitions and divestitures. He joined NCO in 2000. Mr. Zezulinski holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University in New York City and a graduate degree from the Graduate School of Public Affairs in Albany, New York.
