Similarly, our Leadership Development Program monitors the leadership skills of our supervisors, who can take advantage of continuing education seminars in the areas of Team Building, Motivation, Time Management, Communication, and Coaching. We offer our managers the tools necessary to identify leadership gaps, coach for self-discovery, and offer ongoing training support to improve all leadership skills.
