NCO's Skip-to-Locate services help auto finance companies locate vehicles during any stage of delinquency, pre- or post-charge off.

Our dedicated team of specialized auto skip trace associates uses our proprietary skip tracing strategy to obtain and verify the location of the client's collateral. Once we locate the vehicle, NCO can forward the account and location information to your approved repossession company. We also have a partnership with a national repossession vendor who can provide repossession services if needed. NCO does not demand payment and does not attempt to locate the debtor.

 

Fraud Prevention

NCO helps credit card companies prevent fraudulent transactions.

NCO provides fraud prevention services for several credit card companies. Credit card companies flag certain transactions as potentially suspicious - such as purchasing several expensive items at multiple stores.
