All of NCO’s contact centers are part of community and outreach groups on a local basis as a means to promote good will in the communities. At NCO, we believe it is our corporate responsibility to actively assimilate ourselves into the culture and environment surrounding our contact center locations and we strive to become a positive presence in each area. As a corporate policy, we strive to implement and maintain community-focused initiatives within six months of opening a facility. With corporate support, our site managers are tasked with not just following through on the implementation of these programs, but maintaining their existence and growing our presence in these regions.
