NCO Credit Services is committed to ensuring compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, including The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the FACT Act, and in accordance with Guidelines established by the three National Credit Reporting Agencies. Therefore, we require certain information from you in order to start processing your application.

It is important that only an individual authorized to sign electronic or manual documents on behalf of your company (e.g. Officer, Partner or Owner) completes and accepts the agreements.

Before starting your online application, you will want to make sure you have the following information available:

- Fully legal name of the Company under which you are applying
- Landlord / Lease holder information for the Company’s physical location
- Appropriate License Information (e.g. Broker License number, Mortgage Banking Number, FDIC number, etc)
- Federal Tax ID
- Permissible Purpose (You must explain in detail the specific purpose for which you will be requesting credit reports)
- Banking Reference Information
- Two Business References

Once you have completed and submitted your online application, a fax cover sheet will print. This lists all of the remaining information and documentation that we require faxed to us in order to complete our review of your application.

Once we have received your completed application, along with the required supporting faxed documentation, we will begin our review process. You may be contacted with questions or requests for additional information.

Onsite Inspection. In order to meet new compliance requirements, NCO Credit Services utilizes an approved third-party inspection company to perform the inspection. (Please note that the inspector is required to take a number of photographs of both the interior and exterior of your location.) There is a one time setup fee accessed to cover the costs of the inspection: $100 for commercial address locations. (Note: Residential Addresses will be accessed a one time set-up fee of $150. Residential Addresses are also required to be re-inspected annually and will be assessed an annual renewal fee of $75.)

As soon as we have completed our review of your application and have received the completed on-site inspection report, you will be contacted by your sales representative, who will provide you with all of your new account information in order to begin using our services.
