NCO Group Adding 400 Positions to Rockford, Illinois Customer Care Contact Center
HORSHAM, PA, 06/09/2011
- HORSHAM, Pa., June 9, 2011 — NCO Group, Inc. ("NCO" or the "Company"), a leading provider of business process outsourcing services, announced today that it will hire roughly 400 individuals in its Rockford, Illinois, Customer Management Contact Center. The hiring of these individuals allows NCO to positively contribute to the Rockford community by creating new jobs. The hiring will coincide with the program expansion for one of NCO's leading clients in the wireless telecommunications industry.
Employment opportunities will largely include positions as Customer Care Associates, but will also include opportunities for team management, trainers, and other program specialist roles. Positions are full-time and offer a complete employment benefit package. Using a dynamic range of communication channels such as phone, email, and web-chat, associates will learn and apply skills in areas of customer care, sales, or technical support.
