Michael Barrist — Under Mr. Barrist's leadership, NCO has grown to the largest accounts receivable management firm in the world and a leading provider of BPO services. As Chairman of the Board, President and CEO, he has grown revenues from $75,000 in 1986 to $1.1 billion in 2005. Mr. Barrist holds a B.S. in business administration from Drexel University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Stephen Elliott — Mr. Elliott has been working in the information technology field since 1985. As NCO's Chief Information Officer, he has managed the Company's computing capabilities and technology since 1996, including operational management and strategic planning of the company's computer and telecommunications infrastructure. Mr. Elliott holds a B.S. in business administration from Drexel University with a major in computer systems management.

Joshua Gindin, Esq. — Mr. Gindin joined us in May 1998 as EVP and General Counsel. With more than 20 years experience as an attorney, he is responsible for the oversight of the Company's corporate compliance department. Under his leadership, the department has developed into the industry's largest, with legal interests spread across every U.S. jurisdiction and abroad. Prior to joining us, Mr. Gindin was a partner in the law firm of Kessler & Gindin, which had served as our legal counsel since 1986.

Steven Leckerman — Mr. Leckerman joined us in 1995 as SVP Collection Operations, and became EVP U.S. Operations, in January 2001. In December 2006, Mr. Leckerman became Chief Operating Officer of Global Services. From 1982 to 1995, Mr. Leckerman was employed by Allied Bond Corporation, a collection company that was a division of The Union Corporation, where he served as manager of dialer and special projects.

John Schwab — Mr. Schwab was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at NCO in May 2006 after serving as Chief Accounting Officer since April 2004. Previously, Mr. Schwab served as the Chief Financial Officer at RMH Teleservices, Inc. Mr. Schwab has a diverse background of comprehensive financial management and accounting experience. His expertise includes senior management positions at publicly traded companies as well as over eleven years of public accounting experience.

Steven L. WinokurMr. Winokur serves as Executive Vice President. Mr. Winokur also served as the Company's CFO from 1995 to 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Winokur acted as a part-time consultant to us since 1986. From February 1992 to December 1995, Mr. Winokur was the principal of Winokur & Associates, a certified public accounting firm. From March 1981 to February 1992, Mr. Winokur was with Gross & Company, a certified public accounting firm, where he most recently served as administrative partner. Mr. Winokur is a Certified Public Accountant.

Albert Zezulinski — Mr. Zezulinski brings more than 30 years of experience to NCO. As EVP of Global Portfolio Operations, he is responsible for the company's activities in the purchase, management, and sale of consumer-debt-related assets. In addition, Mr. Zezulinski is responsible for a broad spectrum of corporate activities related to clients and vendor contracting, accounts receivable, and government relations at the Federal, state, and local levels. Mr. Zezulinski joined NCO in 2000.
