NCOePayments provides the opportunity to offer students multiple payment options. NCO can implement a student-friendly and convenient IVR payment solution quickly and effectively. Students call a toll-free number provided by NCO and access an automated message welcoming them to the bill payment center in the client's name. As an option, students can be routed to our IVR through the client's IVR. Students experiencing difficulty with the IVR system will be transferred to an NCOePayments representative who will help them with completing the payment process. The only information required from students is their account number and checking or credit card information to complete the process.

Using NCO's advanced extranet technology and with the help of a live call center representative, students make payments directly. Representatives take payments using NCO's proprietary, customizable payment entry screen. Client representatives can log on to the NCOePayments extranet portal from their call center using a web browser, password, and office code. Representatives then enter payments directly into our database. The client maintains and controls password distribution and therefore chooses the representatives that have access to the secure site.

Utilizing this version of NCOePayments allows students to link directly from the college's website to the NCOePayment site and make direct payments into a secure, centralized database.
