At no cost to the client, NCO's experienced auditors can go to their offices and work with on-site staff in a cordial and professional manner to review their closed claims files and identify cases in which third-party liability may be identified. If we identify any such claims, we will investigate and pursue them at our expense, charging a fee only if and when we recover money for claims involving property damage, personal injury protection (PIP) or medical claims, third-party carrier liability, product liability, workers compensation, and overpayments or fraudulent payments.
