We meet the needs of creditors large and small.
NCO Attorney Network Services designs and implements cost-effective
legal collection solutions for creditors across the country, managing
nationwide legal resources complemented by modern facilities,
leading-edge technology, and the expertise needed to get results.
We meet the needs of creditors large and small, whether their
requirements call for the implementation of a pre-litigation collection
campaign for selected accounts or for a nationwide bankruptcy recovery
program. We improve our client's bottom line through customization,
working closely with them to identify and implement solutions that will
yield quality results.
Pre-litigation Collections
NCO pre-litigation collection services reduce court costs, increase
liquidation rates, and identify cases where litigation is impractical.
While immediate referral to one of our corresponding attorneys is
sometimes the best course of action, our pre-litigation collections
provide these critical benefits while pre-qualifying cases for
additional action.
Attorney Network Collections (Litigation)NCO
Attorney Network Services applies the skills, resources, and expertise
of more than 150 qualified, reputable collection law firms to our
clients' portfolios. These firms operate in every jurisdiction in the
United States. Capabilities include:
- Full online access for new claims forwarding, status inquiries, and off-site audits
- New files accepted daily in any format
Bankruptcy Recovery ProgramsNCO
Attorney Network Services offers bankruptcy recovery programs designed
to pursue our clients' interests in cases where a customer has filed
for bankruptcy. Flat-fee programs and contingency-fee programs are
available.
Proof of Claim Filing Programs
We manage and undertake the filing and monitoring of all proofs of claims our clients require.
Reaffirmation Invitation Programs
For a combined flat fee and contingent fee, we service all cases
pre-qualified for reaffirmation invitations. Likely candidates for this
type of service include cases in which customers have filed for
protection under Chapter 7 of the bankruptcy code, where the hope for
recovery comes from having the customer reaffirm the debt. This effort
produces additional recoveries, offering customers the chance to regain
their credit standing in return for payments made.
Non-Dischargeable Debt ProgramsSome debts are
non-dischargeable, which means that the customers remain obligated to
repay them after bankruptcy. Examples of non-dischargeable debts are
certain state and federal taxes, student loans, and debts induced or
extended by fraud. We pursue our clients' interests where evidence
points to customer fraud shortly before the bankruptcy was filed.
Flat-fee programs and contingency-fee programs are offered.
Nationwide Motions FilingOn a flat-fee basis, we
undertake the nationwide management and filing of all types of
bankruptcy motions. These include motions for relief from stay, 1301
co-debtor motions for relief from stay, Chapter 13 objections, motions
to compel, and motions to dismiss. Our knowledgeable professionals
understand the laws and regulations, so that our clients do not have
to.
Nationwide Replevin FilingAlso on a flat-fee basis,
we undertake the filing and management of replevin (collateral
recovery) litigation on our clients' behalf. These suits can be filed
after a motion for relief from stay has been awarded or after the
bankruptcy has been discharged. Replevin litigation also can be filed
against non-bankrupt accounts if collateral recovery is the client's
primary need.
Probate Accounts
NCO Attorney Network Services offers a variety of fully outsourced
probate and deceased account collection services. These programs
maintain the balance between the need to resolve accounts and to show
respect for the families of the deceased. NCO also offers programs
designed to supplement internal client efforts, priced according to
account characteristics and other variables, such as claim size and
volume. All fees are assessed on a contingency basis.
Suit Scoring
NCO Attorney Network Services offers a decision model that can help
determine which accounts are ready for legal action, based on
jurisdiction, balance, and other factors. An invaluable tool for
portfolio brokers, suit scoring makes it easy to decide whether to
purchase a portfolio, how to establish a fair market value, or when to
resell a portfolio.
Arbitration Services
As an alternative to litigation, NCO Attorney Network Services offers
arbitration services to resolve disputes. Attorneys, paralegals, and
collectors work with the National Arbitration Forum, a leading neutral
administrator of arbitration, for NCO clients throughout the United
States. An electronic interface between NCO and the National
Arbitration Forum facilitates account placement and processing.
